Claims Concierge

At the direction of the Casualty Claims Supervisor, the Claims Concierge will support Claimants and Claims colleagues to deliver a seamless claim experience.
Process in a timely and accurate manner :Foundational claims including glass and towingFirst notice of lossInvoice processingTotal loss statementsTotal loss processing in Title ExpressCCC assignments to vendorsPosting recoveriesProperty bulk billing in ONE ClickProperty vendor assignmentsProperty loss prevention benefitsPolice report orderingFile pullsInbound and outbound mailArrange for car rental set ups and extensionsRespond to claim inquiries such as payment status, claim status, check reissuanceOther projects as assignedQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience contributing on a high performing claims or customer service team in a high growth, fast paced environment. You are an excellent collaborator.Calm under pressure. You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks. You are comfortable challenging norms while working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.You have a strong sense of accountability, fun and adventure.Natural curiosity. You love learning how things work, and you are always looking for innovative improvements.Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently to get the job done.At least 2 years work experience in office setting performing clerical and data entry tasks.Proficiency with technology.Additional Company Details
