Elma Electronic is seeking a motivated and technically curious Sales Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is more than just a job-it's a launchpad for your career through our immersive 36-month Sales Application Engineer Development Program (SAEDP) . This is an onsite role in our Lawrenceville, GA location.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Application Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of our sales team, working closely with Regional Sales Managers and Embedded Computing Architects to :

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers
• Evaluate RFQs and recommend solutions based on Elma's product portfolio
• Collaborate with engineering to translate customer needs into actionable designs
• Prepare cost proposals, system configuration documents, and technical deliverables
• Maintain and communicate detailed customer requirements
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support projects and build relationships

About the SAEDP Rotational Program

This structured, 3-year program is designed to build your technical depth, customer insight, and business acumen. You'll rotate through four core functions, each lasting ~9 months :

You'll also receive mentorship, support for a master's degree, and opportunities for certifications like PMP or CMII.
