Raytheon is seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer to provide unique packaging designs and engineering in support of purchased parts and assemblies, manufacturing processes and finished product outbound to our customers.

Our products have a wide range of size and complexity from thumb drives to heavy weight and oversized major end items of radars, shelters and antennas. This position supports multiple major production programs by creating and maintaining the packaging solutions supporting preservation and shipment of deliverable products.

In this role, you'll balance multiple projects and customers in a dynamic manufacturing landscape, supporting cost reduction and process improvement initiatives as well as manufacturing activities on the production floor.

The salary range for this role is 59,000 USD - 117,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
