Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Heavy Equipment Mechanic is responsible for performing regular maintenance and repairs on the company's machinery as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Duties include washing units when they arrive.
• Diagnose and perform repairs on heavy equipment such as Ditch Witch, Vermeer, Bobcat, Kubota, Volvo, etc. Equipment includes but is not limited to Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, Trenchers, Hydro Vacs, Drill / Boring Rigs, Trailers, Telehandlers, and Tow Vehicles.
• Complete make ready for the following morning, preventative maintenance as required, and major repairs as needed.
• Perform trial runs of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to applicable team members.
• Other duties as assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the responsibilities.

Work Schedule : Full-time, 40-hour week, hours 7 am - 3 pm. Based out of Oceanside and Escondido.
