Client Locations :

West and South St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and St. Charles County

Shift Available :

4 hours up to 12 hour shifts; mornings, afternoons, and overnights (

The earliest shifts start at 7am!

The responsibilities of a Continuum Caregiver :

Client engagement and companionship

Assisting with client personal care : dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, etc.

Light Housekeeping and laundry

Meal preparation

Medication reminders

Client transportation : running errands, medical appointments, outings

(Valid driver's license and car insurance required)

Building professional relationships with clients, their families, and the Continuum management team

The position requirements for a Continuum Caregiver :

Have at least 3 years of caregiving experience

Provide and maintain a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

Pass a background screening

The ability to move objects averaging 100lbs (with use of assistive devices)

Possess effective oral and written communication skills
