Join a thriving, collaborative ENT practice within Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic , where you’ll work alongside an experienced ENT Physician , a dedicated Pediatric ENT Nurse Practitioner , and a full-service Audiology team . As part of a multidisciplinary, physician-led clinic with extensive specialty and ancillary services, you’ll provide comprehensive ENT care—including medical management and surgery—for both adult and pediatric populations in an integrated, patient-centered setting.

Step into a well-supported department within a large, integrated clinic that includes :

ENT (Physician + Pediatric ENT NP)

On-site Audiology

Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Urology, and more

Full ancillary services including imaging, infusion, laboratory, and pharmacy

Our seasoned team helps manage workflows, charting, and coordination so you can do what you do best—care for patients.

Located in Gillette, Wyoming, HH&WC offers the safety and charm of small-town living with year-round outdoor adventure and proximity to national parks, skiing, and regional airports.

Diagnose and treat ENT conditions including sinusitis, allergies, hearing disorders, and head & neck issues

Conduct thorough consultations and physical exams

Perform procedures and surgeries (e.g., sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, head and neck oncology)

Collaborate with Audiology, PCPs, and other medical specialists across the clinic

Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as audiograms, imaging, and biopsies

Provide post-operative care and patient education

Maintain timely and accurate patient records

Participate in practice development and care innovation

5-day clinical work week

Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Wyoming license (or eligibility)

BLS and ACLS certifications

Physician Base Salary : up to $650,000

Sign-On Bonus : $30,000
