Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning execution and completion of construction projects under the guidance of senior project management staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for construction and a desire to advance their career in project management.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the coordination and management of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Support project planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues implementing proactive solutions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts permits and progress reports.
• Assist in conducting site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the project team to foster a culture of safety quality and teamwork on-site.
