What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician or Behavior Technician at Dragonfly Cares, you will :

• Work 1 : 1 with children to implement behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use data collection tools and technology to track client progress.
• Build rapport and strong relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate, timely session notes and insurance-compliant documentation.
• Participate in supervision and training to refine your clinical skills and meet professional development goals.
