What You'll Do

Take full ownership of day-to-day operations at your shop

Lead, coach, and develop your team of Technicians and Service Advisors

Drive sales and ensure profitability through disciplined execution

Deliver exceptional customer experiences from check-in to vehicle delivery

Maintain operational standards for workflow, cleanliness, and efficiency

Collaborate with leadership to hit location-level KPIs and growth goals
