About the Role

PDTX is seeking a compassionate and dedicated  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)  for a travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide quality, patient-centred therapy that promotes independence and enhances quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Support patients in daily living activities, fine / gross motor skills, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Document patient progress and assist in discharge planning.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Deliver compassionate and professional support to residents.

(Evaluations performed by supervising OT.)
