Job descriptionProvide high-quality nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures Assist surgeons and surgical teams in a safe and efficient operating room environment Monitor patient status, vital signs, and respond to any changes in condition Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner Associate's Degree in Nursing required Current Arizona RN License required Minimum of 12 years of experience in operating room or surgical nursing preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Experience with multiple surgical specialties Knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and patient safety protocols
