OSP Aerial Lead TN

is looking to hire experienced Aerial Construction Crew members to work with our team. You'll join an existing team working many types of HFC / Broadband projects to include, BAU, spans, relos, Hyperbuild, Newbuild, Metro-E, etc.

These technicians will be aligned geographically and will be responsible for the hands on cable constructions in the TN market. These crews will be working out in the field on a 2-man team to include a groundhand / helper and will support telecommunications construction buildouts across various projects and environments. They will be managed and held to standards by the FNS construction coordinators and the customers FNS supports. Day to day project duties can vary but are not limited to overlashing, strand deployments, pole mounts / transfer, make-readies, fiber pulling, coax pulling (splicing if resource has the ability, if not dedicated splicers will be provided.

Job Requirements :

Knowledge of HFC design

Ability to effectively communicate with others and work within a team environment

Ability to be at work every day at 7am

Ability to occasionally be On-Call for after-hours emergency work

Possession of a valid Driver's license

Ability to pass a drug screening

Ability to speak fluent English,

Ability to read and understand technical instruction

Able to lift up to 25 pounds or more.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
