LPN for Flexible Shifts

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide hands-on nursing care and administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document vital signs and other important medical information.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to further develop and execute comprehensive care plans.
• Administer wound care and execute other nursing interventions when necessary.
• Guide and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering top-notch resident care.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and protocols to ensure a safe environment.
