Job descriptionCompetitive compensation commensurate with experience Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions Paid holidays and generous PTO Training and professional development fully covered After-hours stipend available for crisis call coverage Work in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment Provide trauma-informed care to adults with serious mental illness and / or substance use disorders Participate in innovative behavioral health programs and community-based initiatives Flexible schedule to support work-life balance Telehealth and in-person service delivery options Conduct screening, assessment, and crisis intervention via telehealth and in-person Determine appropriate level of care and least restrictive setting for clients Provide transitional support, advocacy, and care coordination until clients begin or resume ongoing treatment Respond to crisis calls in partnership with local law enforcement Deliver ongoing mental health treatment for clients in intensive case management programs Develop initial treatment plans and transition clients to long-term services Maintain accurate documentation and records Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling State of Michigan licensure (LMSW or equivalent) Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional and SATS credentials within 120 days of hire CAADC credential or active registered MCBAP Development Plan within 6 weeks of hire Experience engaging adults with serious mental illness and / or substance use disorders Ability to provide trauma-informed care and handle crisis situations Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Competent with technology and electronic documentation systems Nonjudgmental, culturally competent approach to diverse populations
