Job descriptionSTEP TWO : Complete the Martin Brower online application (Provided upon completion of STEP ONE and takes 3-5 min) STEP THREE : Connect with a Martin Brower representative to discuss the opportunities available (We'll contact you at the number provided) Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO, retirement and complimentary health screenings On-site gym Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data / power installations, plumbing and lighting repair Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas Repair, maintain / monitor all equipment and amenities Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department Other duties as assigned High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 2 plus years of related experience Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification is preferred
