Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor : (including, but not limited to the following)
Oversee and coordinate all facets of maintenance operations & property upgradesManage and work alongside external vendors and in-house staffComplete work orders, unit turnovers, & property projects as directed by Corporate policiesOversee all property expenses, including material ordering, vendor contracts & invoicingMaintain unit turnover & renovation schedulesDrive a professional, courteous, and service-oriented atmosphereRecruit, train, supervise, and evaluate all operations staffCreate and maintain detailed weekly progress reports and project agendasServe as liaison with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, and municipal authoritiesAbout Us :

Requirements :
Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor :
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and / or renovation, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. EPA certification & HVAC repair experience preferredMinimum of 35 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, including at least 12 years in a supervisory or lead role. Multifamily experience preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, contractors, and team membersProven leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation with the ability to travel between properties or offsite as neededMust supply and maintain basic hand and power tools required for the positionProficiency in basic computer systems and smart phone applicationsHigh school diploma or GED required; additional technical, vocational, or trade school training is preferredAbility to successfully pass a background check, with any criminal convictions considered based on relevance to the position and in compliance with applicable lawsOn-Call Availability :
Must be available to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance callsPhysical Requirements :
