Bookkeeping Position
Education : Some College in Accounting, business management related field
Experience : 1 year of experience (preferred) in Bookkeeping and experience in Excel, and Outlook.
Requirements :
Superior customer service skills required
Proactive work ethic and attention to detail
Proven ability to multi task
Must be upbeat, polite, courteous and tactful
Responsibilities :
This role will report to the office 3-4 days per week
Prepare, interpret, and analyze monthly financial statements
Analyze, create, and reconcile reports including balance sheets.
Prepare month end close
Journal entries and bank reconciliations
Budgeting and forecasting
Transfers, wires / ACHs, and managing payment issues
Review and code accounts payable invoices
Partner with senior leadership on financial projects
Assist with quarterly / annual audits
This is a part-time position with the potential of becoming full time. Employer is willing to work with your schedule and could be discussed during interview.
