Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 (hourly)
Summary: Responsible for general upkeep and overall maintenance of the property and building systems. Reports to General Supervisor. Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations required.
Experience and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with two years experience in related field. Must be able to lift push or pull 50 lbs. Should have some form of training on the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other trade skills. A certificate in boiler maintenance is preferred.
