Operations Supervisor

Job Title

Lead the team and foster a culture centered on Safety and Quality. Actively supports Safety and Quality initiatives, such as closing safety concerns, compliance training and quality findings. Owns Daily Management board and the actions. Meets or exceeds key KPI's for the gate in alignment with Aero Alliance strategic goals. Responsible for maintaining adequate staffing levels through effective recruitment, training and scheduling to meet productivity needs and performance expectations. Supports continuous improvement initiatives and foster an environment of learning and problem-solving. Develop team members through coaching conversations and follow-ups, supporting their growth and success. Key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process. Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers. A job at this level requires a people leader with ability to hire and develop talent. Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy / strategy. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and at least 0-2 years of leadership / supervisor experience or a high school diploma / GED and at least 6 years of leadership / supervisor experience
• Advanced experience in manufacturing or assembly and production supervision
