Overview

As a Bridge / Structural Engineer with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll be responsible for leading design and plan development tasks, and performing structural analysis / design for a variety of structure types, including highway, railroad and bike / ped structures. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable performing bridge inspections and load ratings. With 34 offices, and over 1,500 employees, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside collaborative team members, dedicated mentors, and experienced managers that are committed to supporting your career's success.

Responsibilities :

Lead multi-discipline teams to deliver bridge projects, or lead bridge / structural tasks as part of a project team, including plan and report production

• Assist in the development of project proposals, scope, and schedules
• Help to develop, monitor, and maintain engineering budgets
• Serve as a quality assurance team review member and mentor for a team of bridge / structural engineers
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and in-house technical staff to meet project deadlines
