About the role
Chime is looking for a Senior Manager, Policy Communications to define and drive how we show up in the fast-moving policy and regulatory landscape. In this role, you'll lead 360-degree communications strategies that position Chime as both an industry leader and a champion for everyday people to policymakers, media, opinion leaders, and trade groups.
You'll craft narratives that cut through the noise, spotlighting Chime's role as a force for good helping millions unlock financial progress. This role blends strategy and execution-you'll translate complex policy issues into clear, compelling stories that shape perception and drive outcomes.
We're looking for someone who knows the policy and regulatory world inside and out, and brings strong relationships across the press and political circles. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of financial services, media, and politics, and knows how to tailor communications and campaigns to the right audiences. You'll partner closely with Government Affairs & Public Affairs (GAPA), Corporate Communications, and senior leaders across the company, serving as a trusted advisor to elevate Chime's voice at the federal, state, and industry levels.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $146,610.00 and up to $207,700.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
