AGR Group is expanding its call center operations in Henderson and is actively seeking Full Time Energy Sales Agents to join our team.

Job Responsibilities :
- Outbound phone sales calls to current customer and / or new prospects
- Working in small teams with specific goals and sales objectives
- Utilizing a computer while closing sales over the phone
- Quote energy rates for new services available to prospective customers
- Ability to effectively close sales
- Summarize the contact and explain what will happen next
- Meet established productivity goals : sales, average handling time, records accuracy
- Obtain, establish and access customer billing information
- Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases
Skills We're Looking For :
Strong reading and communication skillsAbility to effectively close salesBasic computer and typing proficiencyAbility to multitask and attention to detailComfortable and confident phone communicationExperience : This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success.
Work Schedule :
