Monday Friday

• One or two weekends a month for Call (Ok to present for 2 weeks per month or full time)
• 7 : 00am-5 : 30pm Cath Lab at the Hospital except for the below days :
• Every Wednesday 8 : 00am -5 : 00pm In- Office Clinic
• Every 2nd Friday of the month 8 : 00am -5 : 00pm Telemedicine Clinic
• Every 4th Friday of the month 8 : 00am -5 : 00pm In-Office Clinic (First Patient at 9 : 00am)

Amount of Coverage Needed per Month : Full time until they find a permanent provider

Patients per day : Clinic 20-22 patients

Patient Population / Age : adult

Department Description : Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.
