What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the food and beverage production environment. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe for any irregularities. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report suspicious activity. Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional manner, providing assistance as needed while upholding site policies. Complete detailed and accurate incident and / or shift reports as required by Allied Universal and site management. Support emergency response protocols and coordinate with local authorities and site staff as needed. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
