Under the direction of the Director of Operations and other company management, coordinate and supervise all activities related to asbestos abatement projects.

Job Position Description :
With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General / Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Responsibilities :
Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brandEffectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needsIdentifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influenceManaging production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM / OwnerLeaving job sites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelinesCommunicating and managing customer concerns with GM / Owner effectivelyMaintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standardEnsure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow techniciansQualifications :
Experience in equipment, asset, and financial managementUnderstanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while travelingAptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message'Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growthStrength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammatesBenefits :
