We are in search of a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our caregiver first family culture. This isn't just about providing physical support; it's about providing purpose driven care that enhances the lives of our clients.

Have fun!
Assist our clients with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Offer companionship: Share stories, play board games, or simply sit and listen.
Light household duties: Ensure our clients' living spaces are clean, organized, and safe.
Run errands: Grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and other small outings.
Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
Regularly communicate with our care coordination team about client updates or concerns.
Other Non-medical home care services as needed.
Your shift will be 24 hrs and include sleep time for 3 or 4 consecutive days
You will rotate with a 2nd caregiver.

What We’re Looking For:
A strong dedication to Purpose Driven Care
A heart that genuinely cares and the desire to make a real difference.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, understanding, and a keen attention to detail.
Hoyer lift experience is a must.
1 year of prior caregiving experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Background check and references required.
Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements
Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers
Physically capable of performing all job tasks (i.e., hearing, vision, speech)
Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle
