STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Finance Position

The primary responsibilities of the position include maintaining the weekly routine for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily / weekly sales auditing. The finance department seeks a motivated, detail oriented individual looking for a versatile position with the opportunity for growth. To perform this job successfully, candidates should have strong planning and organization skills, an aptitude for problem solving, solid written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate accountability for their performance.

Accounts Payable Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter and code invoices on a daily basis while developing knowledge of our database
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss vendor payments
• Create a working relationship with vendors to effectively manage all accounts
• Utilize problem solving skills to troubleshoot items needing clarification
• Recognize the importance of the review process while being able to self-audit work
