Operations Manager - EPIC

Overview

Operations Manager - EPIC role at NBT Bank. This position leads daily processes with the Operations team and is focused on delivering timeliness, quality, and efficiency in operations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and encourage Operations staff, including oversight of individual performance and development progress.
• Clearly establish and communicate the Operations Team vision. Assist the team with the implementation of new processes to decrease costs, increase timeliness, and / or reduce risk. Maintain metrics and information used for preparation of various management reports.
• Monitor the team to ensure established contractual time frames of daily processes are met. Assist team members with questions regarding systems, procedures, processes, and problem resolution. Collaborate with other managers to ensure commitments to clients, sponsors, and participants are delivered.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
