IT Services & Support Associate

Role Description

Dassault Systemes Americas is seeking a self-motivated, technically strong IT Services and Support Specialist to join our Americas IT organization. This full-time position is based in the Paso Robles California office. As Americas IT Services & Support Specialist, you will be actively managing local IT infrastructure & end-user environments, providing IT services and support to business users, ensuring Dassault Systemes field offices in the Americas are aligned with corporate standards, and assisting with integration of newly acquired companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support on-site end-user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets)
• Provide hands-on support for local environments (printers, unified communication, audiovisual) while complying with corporate standards
• Lead local and / or regional IT projects, conduct technical reviews, evaluate new technologies, make recommendations
• Provision new hardware and software, troubleshoot and provide prescribed solutions for all DS offices in Americas
• Support IT operations using Dassault Systemes support tool. Follow, maintain DS set support KPIs (Approval workflows, resolution time, user respect & user satisfaction)
• Work with Dassault Systemes IT Asset Management tool
• Document procedures to ensure business continuity

Compensation

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $60 and $75 per hour.
