Base pay range

$136,800.00 / yr - $259,200.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Participate in the improvement of the search core algorithm. Potential directions include content understanding using NLP and CV technologies, leveraging LLM to match the most relevant videos for each search query, and continuously improving the relevance of TikTok search.
• User behavior modeling to enhance personalization in search while maintaining relevance and better understanding users.
• Video understanding using NLP, CV, and LLM to improve authority, credibility, and usefulness of search results from the perspective of the video itself and social network.
