Job descriptionManage our clearout and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management Client management through the move and cleanout process Provide quality control and training of team members Ability to drive up to 26’ box truck Moving supplies / moving boxes within the client's home Lifting of boxes / decor and furniture within the home and to new location Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold Safely pack and unpack goods Delivery or disposal of unwanted items And more, no 2 days are alike! Full time with a starting salary $55,000 based on experience plus quarterly bonuses based on company performance Minimum 5 years moving experience Must be well organized and effectively communicate directions to team members and clients Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time Must be able to properly lift up to 40 pounds Must have computer skills Flexible schedule 401K plan Day shift with some weekend requirements Bonus opportunities
