Key Responsibilities

  • Master The Platform : Fully understand the features and capabilities of the platform
  • Onboard New Dealers : Stay in contact through their first time buying experience.
  • Account Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting dealer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Dealer Growth : Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services / products and collaborate with the outside sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Dealer Retention : Maintain consistent buying / selling from the dealers within your portfolio
  • Problem Resolution : Address dealer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, and the product team, to align client objectives with company goals.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and account plans.
  • Flexibility : Adapt and adjust role as needed and requested by leadership team
  • Conflict Resolution : Able to make the "difficult call"

Salary Range $82,400.00-100,950.00
