Data Entry Associate

Location : Valley View, OH (On-Site)

Pay : $17.00 / hour

Shift : 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (flexible)

Nesco Resource, a 14-time Best of Staffing Award Winner, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join a well-established non-profit organization in Valley View. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent growth potential and strong benefits once hired in.

About the Role

You will work closely with the construction news and reporting team to collect, input, and manage project information. This role involves both data entry and document processing, as well as occasional customer service and research tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into internal systems
• Assist visitors and members both in person and over the phone
• Conduct digital research using websites and industry publications
• Scan, upload, and process documents for the organization’s website
• Make phone calls to gather or confirm project details
• Provide general office and front desk support when needed
