Finance Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage department-level budgets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals

Oversee organization-wide spending and approvals, implementing efficient financial controls

Create and manage savings and cash flow plans to strengthen financial health

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Hands-on experience with bookkeeping / accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Hubspot)

Solid understanding of US GAAP and tax compliance
