Job descriptionssociate Degree in Nursing (ADN) + Bachelor's in healthcare OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). 2+ years as hospital manager or charge nurse. 2+ years in psych / behavioral health. ctive RN license. Current CPR certification. Help plan and evaluate nursing care across units. Ensure high-quality, safe patient care. Manage staff and resources effectively. Support nurse training and development. Solve problems and improve processes. Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare field.
Key Details :
- Reports directly to Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
- Oversees nursing and patient care services
- 24 / 7 responsibility for assigned units
