• Position : Staff Physical Therapist - out-patient
• Hourly Pay Range : $38-$59.94. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to [insert new minimum] base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks. (for hot jobs only)
• SIGN ON BONUS : $10,000
• Location : Gurnee, IL
• Full Time / Part Time : Full-time 40 hours
• Hours : Rotating shift; clinic open M-F 8am-7pm, two evenings / week required
