Qualifications

What Youll Do :

Deliver exceptional evidence-based nursing care that promotes patient safety healing and satisfaction from admission to discharge.

Support patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and procedures with a focus on pain management mobility and safe recovery.

Monitor assess and collaborate closely with physicians advanced practice providers and the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.

Educate patients and families on recovery expectations discharge planning and long-term wellness.

Contribute to a culture of teamwork accountability and open communication to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
