Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor for one of the top providers that sources of spices and herbs from Asia located in Anaheim, CA.

Job description:
The Maintenance and Supervisor is responsible for the development, effectiveness, and proper management of our Maintenance Plan. This position will be required to conduct safety and maintenance training, write maintenance procedures, do regular inspections through our facility to identify to check equipment condition, coordinate the activities to plan and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan, and get fully involved with our production processes, interacting with co-workers during their daily tasks.

Essential functions:
Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
Develop, manage, and execute the preventive maintenance plan.
Install, maintain, repair, and overhaul production equipment.
Assign maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Crew and supervise execution of the work required to maintain the equipment and facility in optimum condition.
Administration of spare parts, tools, and maintenance shop.
Support the implementation of continuous improvement and innovation projects.
Incorporate and support GMP''s and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working with manufacturing equipment and be familiar with Industrial engineering principles.
Mechanical skills and maintenance experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Programs, Word, Teams, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Good knowledge of OSHA regulations applicable to the Manufacturing Industry.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Education:
College degree in sciences or other manufacturing fields required, must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a manufacturing facility and a minimum of 1 year of experience as supervisor.

Compensation: $38.00 - $48.00 + per hour.
