Job Purpose :

As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and driving revenue through new customer acquisition. This role requires a highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Job Duties :

• Identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of traffic control and safety solutions for special events, construction projects, and work zones.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry partners to generate business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects, from initial inquiry to project completion.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding traffic control strategies, FDOT regulations, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
