Job description

Job Description

Strong requirement elicitation and analysis skills.
Ability to understand requirements and convert them into design.
Excellent coordination with SMEs and stakeholders, managing timelines, escalations, and providing timely status updates; strong project management skills are essential.
Good knowledge of Teradata concepts and logical / physical database design.
Experience with Teradata utilities such as TPT, TPump, BTEQ, FastLoad, FastExport, and MultiLoad.
Proficiency in SQL programming, including views, stored procedures, macros, and functions, based on user requirements and architectural standards.
Knowledge of Big Data technologies is a plus.
Understanding of BI / DW concepts.
Deep knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for large data volumes in Teradata and Mainframe .

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of relevant experience can substitute for each year of education.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
