A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor for the Medical Only Team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team handling various Workers Compensation claims to ensure high-quality service

Promote best practices and guide the team in accordance with organizational standards

Manage workloads, set team goals, and drive talent development through hiring and training

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Knowledge of all team member related functions

Prior leadership experience of 10+ years, including 2+ years of supervisory experience
