What it's like to be aN On Site at I.T. Specialist

As a Full-Time I.T. Specialist at S.J. Louis in Rockville, MN, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around providing exceptional technical support in an onsite capacity. You'll begin each day troubleshooting issues related to Sophos, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager, ensuring that Mobile Device Management systems operate seamlessly. Utilizing your strong problem -solving abilities you'll enhance our infrastructure, while performing maintenance and support related to our Active Directory for user access and permissions.

You'll regularly conduct Script Configuration to automate processes, improving efficiency across departments. Your schedule will typically follow a Monday to Friday routine, focusing on normal business hours, allowing you a structured work-life balance.
