Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist with experience in a law office, preferably in Insurance Defense. The ideal candidate should possess strong front desk skills, including :

• Answering the telephone
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Saving and organizing documents within a case management system
• Sending subpoenas via certified mail
• Logging returned green cards
• Processing invoices on a daily basis

Additionally, candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
