Position Overview
The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking to hire a Hospital Chief Operating Officer for the Elizabeth Packard Mental Health Center located in Springfield, Illinois. The incumbent will plan, direct and manage administrators of assigned areas. Performs highly responsible administrative, clinical, programmatic and operational duties. Assists in the direction, development and supervision of recipient care and treatment program areas. Coordinates hospital services based on the identified needs of the patient populations. Elizabeth Packard Mental Health Center strives to provide equitable access to social / human services, supports, programs and resources to enhance the lives of all who we serve.

Term Appointment :
