Pay : $200,000-$350,000

About the Practice :

This is a second-generation practice with over 40 years of experience in the community and a proven track record of growth. Following a 2023 merger, were now operating from a modern, tech-enabled space with eight ops and over 4,000 active patients. We average 27+ new patients per month and are on track to collect over $2M this year. No micromanagement here, just a thoughtfully designed setup where youll have your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization, and shared hygienists. Youll enjoy the freedom to treat patients independently and grow your skill set, all while having seamless access to mentorship when you need it. The culture is low-drama, high-efficiency, and centered on continual clinical growth. Youll be working alongside a doctor who understands the needs of both new and seasoned dentists, and whos committed to building confidence through hands-on, supportive guidance.
