Driver Qualifications :

At least 3 months of recent OTR or Regional driving experience within the past 3 years .

Must pass both hair follicle and urine tests .

No SAP drivers .

Clean driving record : No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years , and no more than 2 in the last 12 months .

Major moving violations : None in the past year, and only one in the last 3 years.

Safety record : No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years, and no DOT recordables in the past 3 years.
