Galls is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of contracts that drive our business forward. You’ll manage key contractual events including price changes, renewals, bid submissions, and compliance reporting. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are key, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage a portfolio of contracts from start to finish — including price increases, renewals, close-outs, bid preparation, and submissions.
• Maintain contract records and documents in our contract management system.
• Monitor upcoming contractual deadlines and ensure timely responses to internal and external requests.
• Collaborate with departments like Legal, Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Distribution to support contract activities and compliance.
• Draft and summarize contract modifications and communicate contract terms across functional teams.
• Assist in reviewing and preparing responses for bids, RFPs, and RFQs.
