Job Summary :

Tri Scapes is a full-service landscaping and general contracting company specializing in commercial and municipal projects across the Southeast. As we continue to grow, were looking for a motivated Outside / Inside Sales Representative to drive our business to business sales efforts. This is an exciting time to join one of the fastest growing Landscaping companies in the Southeast!

In this role, youll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, municipalities, and contractors, identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a fast paced environment, understands the B2B sales cycle, and is passionate about delivering solutions that help our clients succeed.Youll represent the Tri Scapes brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity, playing a key role in driving growth and strengthening our reputation as a trusted industry leader.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and convert leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and implement strategies to close sales and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Track, maintain, and report sales activities using CRM software. Analyze data and customer feedback to improve sales performance.
• Gather and share client feedback with relevant teams to enhance services and client satisfaction.
