Float Pool Opportunities

Our Float Pool units are fast paced units that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member.

Patient Population : Float Pool floats to Med / Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU, ED Holds

Patient Ratios :  Vary by unit

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program

License / Certification

1+ years of US experience as a RN

2+ years of Telemetry experience in a acute care with inpatient in a hospital setting

Float Pool experience highly desired, but not required

Must have experience with Tele patients with insulin drips, stable cardiac drips, NIHSS certified nurse

ED Holds experience desired, but not required

Must be able to pass Telemetry Test upon hire

RN – Registered Nurse

BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
