• BC in FM, IM or Infectious Disease
• Work Schedule : M-F 830-530 or 8-5
• Seeing 15-18 patients per day
• EMR is Athena
• Shared call coverage taken by phone call only
• Admin time is taken in the clinic - will have a set amount of time for admin work
• Bonuses for seeing more than14 ppd is $100 per patient paid biweekly (96k more annually)
• 100k Retention bonus and sign on of 10K
• Up to 2,500 quarterly bonus
• Malpractice and tail coverage, 401k matching, Health / Dental / Vision, 3 weeks of PTO (work 2 years increases to 4 weeks of PTO) Relocation Assistance, 5 days of CME and a Stipend 3,500 per year
